The hotel is ideally located in the city center, offering easy access to all the attractions in the area. The rooms are well-designed and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is attentive and accommodating, always going above and beyond to assist guests. the hotel offers freebies such as welcome drinks, pick n mix sweets, and high-quality coffee and tea in the rooms, adding a nice touch to the overall experience. The terrace bar and restaurant are also worth mentioning, providing a great place to relax and dine when the weather is warmer.
The food at the hotel was average and over-priced.

We loved absolutely everything about our stay here! The room was perfect - good size, clean, modern with fab decor. The extra touches e.g. the beer fridge in the shower, the stocked fridges, snack tray etc were all fantastic! Whilst these were obviously chargeable, the free extra touches around the hotel were also fantastic - what a simple, yet brilliant idea to have a hydration station and the free sweet stand went down a treat! The staff were all absolutely wonderful and the breakfast was spot on too. We will most definitely be back to this hotel.

I had the best stay at this hotel right in the centre of the city. The location is perfect, with parking available just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel facilities are great, especially the premium BD bar & kitchen. I can't wait for warmer weather to try out the terrace bar & restaurant. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast dishes were excellent.
